Japanese Journal of Veterinary Research

The Japanese Journal of Veterinary Research (JJVR) quarterly publishes peer-reviewed articles on all aspects of veterinary science. JJVR was originally published as a “University Journal” of veterinary science at Hokkaido University from more than 60 years ago. Currently, JJVR, is Japan’s leading scientific veterinary journal, and provides valuable information for the development of veterinary science by welcoming contributions from researchers worldwide.

JJVR offers online submission for Regular Papers, Short Communications, and Review Articles that are unpublished and not being considered for publication elsewhere. Research areas include:

Manuscripts are considered for publication according to an editorial assessment of the suitability and evaluations of peer reviewers. Papers will be rejected if ethics standards for the care and use of animals have not been adhered to. Articles published in JJVR are fully web accessible through the HUSCAP system provided by Hokkaido University free of charge at http://eprints.lib.hokudai.ac.jp/bulletin/jjvr.     The website has been redesigned.
    Publication charge in JJVR is raised from JPN 10,000 to JPN 20,000 because of increase of processing cost for publication. This fee revision is effective from the paper submitted from June 1st, 2016.
